Human Centered Design
HCD THINKING IS A FRACTAL CHAIN – A SERIES OF TWO-PART PROCESSES
Human Centered Design (HCD) is a design methodology that seeks to align business goals with user needs (the human).
The HCD process is often illustrated as a series of diverging and converging lines. Note that in HCD, after an initial starting point, divergence follows convergence. The best solution in HCD emerges after a series of convergent and divergence processes have been applied.
In Fractal Systemology ™ the convergence and divergence two-part process is defined as a base fractal. Our approach enables Brite Advisory to chain fractal elements and employ a mathematical data-driven process to problem solving and decision making.
